      Professional environment, nice location in Charlotte, a fortune 300 company right here in Cotswold!

      There are really no cons to working here! I love my job at Sonic Automotive. It's a great company in Charlotte.

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
