Great Leadership and they take care of there people

Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

Pay was decent for the work

Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
