I came to Sonic in 2013 as a service advisor. My work history has been mostly in Auto Finance. Was not familiar with dealership operations very much at all. To put it mildly I was starting from scratch. I put my nose to the grindstone and got to work. I have been rewarded for my hard work in a relatively short time and now am managing my own service department. You get what you work for in this company.
