      Strong company, staple work environment. Ongoing training and resources to succeed are always available.

      Cons

      Big company constantly trying the squeeze the money up the ladder. Comp plans get a little worse every year.

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
