      - company parties - great co-workers

      Cons

      - Companys too cheap to invest in their company. - Hard to move up within the company - The company acts like they're for the employees but never see change - Asking for a raise and help is like pulling teeth

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
