Pros
Free lunch on Saturday - that's all I can think of If you like cars and hate your family, then this is the place for you Maybe the "Featured Review" should have a paid endorsement disclaimer
Cons
Do not ever exceed your PVR budget by 126% or your Service contract budget by 140% because they will raise your performance bar beyond that, change your pay plan 3 times in a year and then terminate you for failing to meet performance goals. Also 2 week time sheets clocked at 140 to 148 hours, so 70 to 74 hours/wk and 6 days off a month don't really make for a good work/life balance unless your life is there at the dealership. Your job is safe, as long as you - don't rock the boat, make sure you file all your TPS reports ; ) , and suck up to the RIGHT management. Oh, customers get better deals than employees on cars. The employee deal is non-existent after pack and dealer fees. Do you really have to whack an associate for $2300 in pack and dealer fees? I bought my cars elsewhere.
