Pros
Being a corporately owned store, they do everything by the books. You will never be forced to sell things you don’t believe in. Never have to trick or con your clients. Everything is done by the books, we’ll managed, great inventory and efficient processes. Money making potential is high. There is a slim margin between barely making money and making great money. The sales team was one of the hardest working and down to earth groups of people I’ve met.
Cons
Being a sales professional on the floor can be tough these days especially with the internet becoming so dominant. While there is a great potential to make money, it can be tough to achieve unless you buddy up with management or work nearly 70 hours/week. Seen many employees work 60+ hours per week and still make minimum wage by the end of the month.
