      Pros

      Company sponsored monthly luncheon, free movie tickets on your birthday. A gold pin for everyday 5 yrs of service as recognition (been here almost 10 and never received 5yr).

      Cons

      management talks down to you, they make you feel like garbage, they with hold work (both in sales and service) unless your part of the boys club. No technical training unless your part of the boys club.

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
