      Management allows no flexibility within deals, pay plan is awful, and you will be working north of 70 hours per week

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
