      There really weren't any other than lots of overtime to meet ridiculous deadlines

      Cons

      The whole thing went terribly wrong from the moment they took over my family owned company. No regard for anyone. No training whatsoever.

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
