      Pros

      Potential to make good money for not requiring much expirience or a degree etc

      Cons

      Employees are overworked and underpaid. Unethical buissnes practices are encouraged ( ie double charging, selling unnessesary and even sometimes detremental work/jobs , racialy profiling.) Management consciously makes the decision to overbook and understaff.

      Great Leadership and they take care of there people

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
