1. Pay plan, the pay plan can either be really good, to where you can make a really good living, or in most places an absolute struggle, you can sell 10 cars and only get 1% commission, vs other stores where you sell 10 cars and make 10% commission 2. Work schedule, if you’re looking into any sales job, it will drain ALOT of time from you, you will be opening and staying way past closing to get deals done. 3. Customers can be A-holes, you can be the nicest most sincere sales person, but you will always have a bad reputation just cuz of being a sales person.
