I can’t think of any besides the money but you can make the same in other sales jobs that value you.
Cons
This dealership has a very toxic and abusive environment. The management team uses scare tactics and threats of job security as a way to get more out of the sales team. You are treated as a number not a person and the GM is the start of the problem. He stomps around the dealership finding people to attack and micromanage. If you want the definition of a toxic work environment this is it, on every level. The most stressful, non inclusive, and toxic job I have ever had.
