Pros
The people are you work with are pretty great! You get discounts on purchasing or leasing a car Benefits were alright, but you can easily get better somewhere else.
Cons
AC was always broken in the shop... Advisors (the most customer-facing role in the service department) requested a few times that the dealership required customers to wear masks during the local rise in covid outbreaks that got multiple people at the dealership as well. I don't know if that request was ever listened to, but I do know it was fully ignored while I was there... Just shows their lack of concern for their employees. Basically, like most companies, employees are leaving because of management. They act like they want to improve conditions and work culture but that is a complete lie. Service manager is the worst of all of them. He was people's biggest complaint and the reason a lot of employees left while I was employed there. He is basically afraid to do any managerial work that may involve confrontation, possibility for him to have to take blame, or him actually having to manage something. People don't leave bad jobs; they leave bad leaders, poor management, and a lack of appreciation for their worth. Simple. Compensation is lower than it should be and they do not look to pay you fairly for your experience or dedication to the job.
