      Pros

      They do offer tuition assistance and health benefits

      Cons

      I never received a raise, the company is short staffed and they are not willing to hire help. They allow others to get away with things such as not coming to work, not pulling their weight with work load, and they do not give you the tools to do your job. They allow workers to go all day with no lunch break

      Great Leadership and they take care of there people

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
