Management is not respectful to associates. Juvenile comments regarding sales person and mimicking is disrespectful.
Too much favoritism to those who do not even work and make contribution to the store. Since management is all male, decisions favoring the opposite sex to have days off are always accommodated.
Since I have been with the company over 5 years, I have noticed "new management"does not appreciate feedback Associates provide. Reference is made regarding playbook negligence and new management doesn't care. Instead, they toss aside valuable Associates and dump the work to already overworked an already overworked team. Associates who are still there end up getting support from those who either left or laid off.
Green pea sales people are not given what is needed to be successful. Management only cares about how the person looks instead of actual experience. Give the new people what they need to be a valuable employee.
