All Sonic does to employees is abuse and take advantage of associates. They make you feel guilty for everything even you work overtime daily. You are told to take care of your family and spend time with them. Sorry, this corporation is the opposite.
The family is really them you have to commit to. Days off are taken away and poor managers are forced to work. The worst part is after years of commitment to be sent to the curb only to have new management try to find out why numbers were worse after separation. Future employee or current employee seek employment elsewhere and do not put up with their treatment.
