Pros
Decent benefits - but that is all that is good about this company.
Cons
Overworked, underpaid, under appreciated, corporate and dealership manager failings on multiple levels, HR is not there to help the employee, but to protect the company. Corporation preaches a lot about the value of its employees, but in actuality, it doesn't care at all. Corporate hand book is so large you could almost turn it into a school text book. The only time corporate policies matter to this company is when the managers, controllers, or higher ups feel like they are about to get caught. Hiring process is not two weeks, more like six months. Managers do not actually have any control over the dealership, but have lots of red tape tied around their hands by the corporate chain of command.
