Cons
Drama, the General management of the store's only priority is what will benefit them and make their jobs easier. Unwilling to listen to and efficiently communicate with their employees and other members of management on problems within the store and problems pertaining to other members of management within the store. Showing favoritism towards certain employees. Only tries to fix a problem when it becomes an inconvenience to them selves or it affects their monthly bonus. Failure to properly train each and every employee causing the employees to get overwhelmed during rushes and either quit their job or termination for not being able to do what their job title consists of. Unable to properly ensure that everyone is following sonics rules of employment. The list can go on and on.
