      The atmosphere created by the employees was very welcoming and friendly. It was a good start for a teenager entering the workforce.

      Cons

      Of course, compensation was not ideal and there aren't benefits. The customer base is definitely entitled at times.

      Rude customers and coworkers Poor pay No managerial support Need to advocate for yourself on every little thing Hours cut randomly for no reason Passive aggressive managers and shift leads Coworkers (including managers and shift leads) talk poorly about each other and customers behind each other’s backs
