      Pros

      Fast paced but you need to know how to multi task. Customers are the best part of this job.

      Cons

      Pay is way to low for the amount of work that you do. No consistent measures in place between staff and managers. Too many chiefs not enough workers. Easy enough to move up but no or little training provided.

      Rude customers and coworkers Poor pay No managerial support Need to advocate for yourself on every little thing Hours cut randomly for no reason Passive aggressive managers and shift leads Coworkers (including managers and shift leads) talk poorly about each other and customers behind each other’s backs
