Taught me leadership skills and business experience taught me how to think on my feet and problem solved when being thrown into something without having a clue how to do it
Cons
The only boss you’ll see on a regular basis is your district manager who is already looking over 3 other stores All two or more hours apart from each other the owners are located halfway across the country, and the building should’ve been remodeled when I was bought from previous owners and never was. Everything is falling apart, and there’s not enough financial backing to fix it the way it needs to be fixed.
