Pros
The tips were solid and I worked so hard that I formed a bond with my coworkers. The money is the biggest pro - probably one of the highest earning jobs for an inexperienced teen.
Cons
It was torturous for my mental health. Overworked, yelled at, cussed at, and expected to work unreasonable hours as a high school student. Conditions were also unsafe very frequently and in my time there I saw a coworker pass out from heat exhaustion and another coworker break her arm. We were never allowed to take off our roller skates, no exception.
