Higher ups will do anything to get away with paying their employees as little as possible and using as little labor as possible. Way too much focus on labor costs and will force a team of 3 people to deal with an extremely busy shift, at a very busy location, causing insane wait times for customers when their emphasis is “out the door in under 4”.
