Horrible Place to Work - Customer Service Representative Sonic Electronix Employee Review

This place is the last place you want to work at as a Customer Service Representative. The management is worthless. When an employee goes to management with a question, they brush it under the rug and deal with it later. They have changed their policies so many times its ridiculous and always screws over the customer. You are not provided with any training and are instead thrown into the fire. If you're someone who goes above and beyond at your job, don't. There is little room for advancement unless the person above you leaves for a better job; which happens quite often.
