- This is a company that is willing to promote from within, but you have to be willing to put in the time. - The people who work here (CEO, Upper Management, co-workers) are some of the best people I know. - Plenty of skills to learn that could be of help once you leave or move up in the company. (Advertising, marketing, brand building, etc) - Bonuses and incentives during peak times
