Pros
The employees on the lower level work together real well, especially when help and advice is few and far between from higher management.
Cons
You won’t get paid on time sometimes. Check your paystubs constantly because you may not be paid what you are promised. Your CEO will never, and I mean NEVER, care for you as a person until it benefits him. He will hold you over with disregard of your time. You get four paid holidays and there’s no arguing about it. He thinks low wages and more work makes better employees when really he is undervaluing his staff. Empty promises and half baked projects that you will start and never mention again. Communication is almost nonexistent from upper management. If you are looking for a diverse work environment, you will not find it here.
