Pros

*If you're committed to working, they'll get you in a spot *Had a person here who has been in about 5 departments because they couldn't decide what they wanted to do, upper management placed them anywhere they felt they belong *alright pizza on Fridays *Management is usually lax/chill with you

Cons

*pay SUCKS. For a tech company they pay garbage *You have annual reviews; they'll tell you it'll be in March, you won't get them until October *if you're not liked, you're dumped SUPER quick

Pros

The people here are so great! This company has such good culture and personality. Everyone works hard and enjoys working with each other. It's a great place to work with good, helpful people, autonomy, and a growth mindset.

Cons

Growing quickly means keeping up with new processes and collaboration, but nothing bad to say about that.
