      Great people, strong sense of support from coworkers (but not management)

      Cons

      Low pay, poor training, poor communication between departments. You could be trained on a process and then the next day that’s the wrong way to do it.

      The people here are so great! This company has such good culture and personality. Everyone works hard and enjoys working with each other. It's a great place to work with good, helpful people, autonomy, and a growth mindset.

      Cons

      Growing quickly means keeping up with new processes and collaboration, but nothing bad to say about that.
