Pros
They pay for your travel time to and from jobs if you are using their vehicle.
Cons
Low pay for the amount of work. You must rely on overtime and a high job completion rate with 0 errors to make a fair wage. You have to be on the good side of the "Management Good ol Boys" club to get promoted. They had been using contractors to do fill-in work, but they are guaranteed several jobs every day and as an employee, you are not. I saw cases where people had met the requirements for a promotion and raise, but due to a lack of training staff, they had to wait up to 6 months to be trained and get their raise.
