Pros
Flexible hours, great team, fun job if you enjoy talking to people, and high paying if you have good sales skills and work hard.
Cons
Risky pay since it's commission only and what they pay you is a "loan", meaning you have to wait, in some cases, several months to keep your commissions. Otherwise they "chargeback" your pay and withhold any amount owed to you until you cover it with new sales. Complicated to explain, but it fees like being a "hamster on a wheel" for lack of a better term, where you make a sale, get paid, only to find out in a few weeks to months that sale(s) you made were cancellations, and now you're "in debt" to the company and need to make up for those cancellations with additional sales, and so on. Also, they took away mileage reimbursement, so good luck having ANY stable/predictable income at all.
