Pros
1. Most workers here work together and take advantage of resources in a positive friendly healthy fashion. 2. New technology to learn here however limitations in official documentation and access to all products. 3. Flexible work hours are great – work life balance a plus. 4. Employees can essentially call off whenever they want, great however this leads to crammed days at times with extreme short of staff. Many individuals take off well more than they are covered with vacation and PTO and this seems to be okay. 5. Unrestricted internet a plus. 6. Great networking environment, hands on experience.
Cons
1. Cork and Bangalore locations have better career growth opportunities than Tempe. 2. Employee perks like discounted events, Christmas party, catered lunches, chiropractor, vending machine options, and other perks sparse or are no longer available. 3. Needs more internal training and coaching, virtually no mentoring and promotion opportunities. 4. No career growth within certain departments, only movement for already management and friends, including no pay hikes. 5. Management intimidation, also no checks and balances. 6. Workplace clickiness, friends of friends banding together to move up, overlooking higher performance outside of the circle. 7. The ideal of ‘Boss’ is promoted, not true leaders who are genuine. 8. Health care benefits lowering while cost is going higher. Healthy individuals starting next year being penalized for not needing excessive health care.
