Pros
Privately help again by a smart PE firm.... thank god, Dell almost ruined SonicWALL. New leaders seem to get it, feel good about our new future. Sales leaders are smart, treat people as peers, with respect. Great product line that anyone can afford unlike competitors.
Cons
Lean startup type culture for the next few yrs but not really a con, I support it considering the mess Dell made of the company. Hope there will be raises, bonuses but unsure since company small but growing.
