Employees are encouraged to criticize and undermine one another to get ahead. Projects are micro managed by leaders that are inexperienced and changing requirements lead to delays and low moral. There is a lot of ego and lack of trust and empathy creating a toxic environment that puts the productivity and health of the company at risk.
