Has potential, but short term thinking hurts this company - Anonymous employee SonicWall Employee Review

Definitely a wall of separation from exec mgmt and the rest of the employees, not really open to suggestions, even though it is repeated often that they are in communications to employees. Emphasis on competition between organizations, not encouraging cooperation & collaboration. Very top heavy at VP level for that size company. Strategy seems very short term focus...lots of "fire drills"
