Pros

If you have no networking experience you possible can gain alot of practical knowledge.

Cons

Basically everything. (From a support perspective) If your in India welcome to the unspoken caste system. If your a low caste you will be treated as such. You will not be given proper knowledge and you will be worked to the breaking point. If your a rare US support engineer you will not be valued you will have no growth opportunities you will be managed like crap due to the people in charge of support running it into the ground. Support is understaffed under trained underpaid and it will not get better. See a bunch of positive reviews on here? Cool they offered the india support people a kick back to say nice things on here, they are miserable. The technology of this company is going in the wrong direction with hardware and from a UI/UX perspective and buggy as hell.
