Pros
My managers have always cultivated a healthy work-life balance. And, unlike other companies and teams I've been part of, SonicWall encourages (and proves!) transparency and collaboration - even among technologists who tend to be very protective of knowledge and experience - and uses failure as opportunities to improve and excel. Compensation is very good.
Cons
In my opinion, there are no cons working with SonicWall. This is the best workplace of which I've been part in my 45 working years.
