      Pros

      The people you get to meet- some teams are welcoming and helpful. Easy tools to use to quote. Clients are great! Products are decent and easy to use.

      Cons

      Backstabbing within team, management takes ZERO accountability, inflate numbers for quotas, no loyalty, no integrity, if you don’t fall in line you get removed without cause.
