Pros

Nothing good about joining them,

Cons

Many long-tenured employees, some with over a decade at the company, actively discourage new hires from making meaningful contributions. In many cases, they engage in bullying behaviors that push newcomers out. Leadership, particularly female leadership in this context, emphasizes being “hands-on” but often lacks both technical expertise and effective leadership capability. HR operations are essentially nonexistent. While the company advertises group policies for long- and short-term insurance as well as life insurance, full-time employees are only given a policy number. Their Social Security numbers are never linked, meaning these policies are never actually activated. This creates a troubling situation where employees accept lower salaries under the assumption that benefits are provided—yet, in practice, they are not enrolled in any group policy. In one case, an employee who tried to verify their enrollment was immediately laid off, highlighting the retaliatory and unethical nature of the leadership. The workplace culture is riddled with unethical practices, where management takes credit for the work of others, undermines new employees, and perpetuates fraudulent misrepresentation of benefits. The environment is deeply discouraging, leaving many appalled at the lack of integrity and accountability.
