When will people learn that if you groom and empower employees by providing a positive and supportive work environment, you will produce employees who will go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to make the company successful. Leading by intimidation - this usually comes from uneducated or insecure staff. Bullying is counterproductive and unethical (production management). "HR" - an uneducated HR employee is a high liability to any company! Unethical hiring decisions are the rule, not the exception.
