Pros

Great pay, good benefits, nice bonuses, pretty ok vacation starting with 2 weeks and average 5 personal days and gain a day per year. As much overtime as you'd like, in certain departments right now its almost all voluntary with few forced 12's.

Cons

If you are in the wrong department you can work up to 6 12's a week with some 8 hour turn arounds for months on end. You get what shift you sign up for in a job BUT to get in a good position be ready to work nights until a different shift pops up. on average it takes 6 years to get a chance for 1st shift IF people quit and or retire. If you are sick a Dr's note does not excuse the first day no matter what and it is a 7 point system

Pros

The salary was good, and the people in the department I worked in were friendly

Cons

Politics at the company were tricky to navigate. Success was more about who liked you rather than merit. Bad behavior would go unaddressed if the person was liked
