Pros

I really dont have anything good to say

Cons

Very high daily call-volume expectations from 70 to 120+ calls per day. SYSTEM was the worst you ahve to document CALLS - EMAILS - TEXT MESSAGES two times very old antiquated system Management are only interested in their OWNERSHIP as ESOP which is complete BS. Heavy emphasis on activity metrics and performance tracking. Limited flexibility in admissions processes. Significant focus on compliance and documentation requirements. Fast-paced environment that could feel highly structured. Frequent management oversight and performance reviews.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, my name is Tom Carr, and I’m the VP of Human Resources. We appreciate hearing from current and former employees, as their perspectives help us continually evaluate and improve our workplace. While we recognize that our admissions environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, we would like to provide additional context to some of the points raised. Our activity expectations are designed to support timely service for prospective and active students, and daily workloads vary based on seasonality, team assignments, and business needs rather than adhering to a single fixed call quota. Regarding documentation, our processes are intentionally structured to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuity of service. While thorough documentation is an important part of our work, we continually evaluate our systems and processes to improve efficiency and the employee experience. As an employee-owned company, our ESOP is intended to provide a meaningful long-term retirement benefit by giving eligible employees a stake in the company's success. Rather than benefiting only management, employee ownership is designed to create shared value across the organization. We also understand that our emphasis on performance metrics, coaching, and regular feedback may not be the right fit for everyone. These practices are intended to support employee development, maintain high standards of service, and ensure we meet the regulatory requirements associated with higher education admissions. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors and appreciate the contributions you made during your time with us.
