Pros

Remote work schedule and paid school holidays

Cons

Micromanagement has increased over my time spent at the company, negative office environment, poor behavior and attitudes are widespread and tolerated, shady business takes place among upper level managers/VPs. They cover for each other’s short comings and secrets. Favoritism definitely plays a role in one’s ability to move up in the company.
