      Pros

      Great people passionate about the product. Great work environment with good mix of remote and in office requirements. Vibrant, young culture.

      Cons

      Product and public view of company has taken a negative downside last few years and industry seems to blame senior leadership missteps. Executive positions have been very volatile lately and along with a few rounds of layoffs, gives the company an unstable outward view.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Cons

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
