Poorly managed from the top to manager level. They put far too much emphasis on aggressive hiring, as opposed, to either promoting within or recruiting smartly. Busting your behind and working as hard as possible will not get you anywhere in this place even if it is promised. In my case, for what I did and the impact that I had made I was extremely under compensated from a fair market stand point, as well as, being forced to remain stagnant in a low level individual contributor roll when I was doing far more.
