      Helpful and encouraging coworkers, fun projects... the works!

      Cons

      Remote environment wasn't the best, and I wish I got to spend more time getting to know the interns and Sonos employees.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.
