Pros
- Great people and team to work with. Respect is built into the company culture - Good quality of product and reputable brand image - Good compensation and comprehensive benefit package - Work/life balance is great! You work at your own pace (as long as getting tasks done on time) and the company gives you a lot of freedom - Employee discount is great
Cons
- Lack of opportunities to grow - Lack of diversity, especially in leadership groups - Becoming more cost driven over the years - Santa Barbara location: Beach town vibe might not be for everyone. The historic building though is unique and hip, its really running out of space and limiting employees' potentials.
