Pros
There is a lot of room to make a large impact. Decisions are made in a very mindful manner and processes aren't abundant, so there's a lot of flexibility to "do the right thing". I think it's refreshing that there's such a realistic approach in that it's expected we will all make mistakes here or there, but if we learn from them, that's what matters. Everyone is willing to lend a hand, all the teams collaborate and hang out together inside and outside of work, and we're all very passionate about making the best products on the market. There is a huge focus on creating the best experience and highest quality products possible, which means doing things right the first time. We collectively celebrate wins and strategize to continue raising the bar in every possible way throughout the company. This is really an incredible family to be a part of.
Cons
Everyone is really social and we all interact with each other outside of our daily teams, so there can be a lot of distractions during the day with people dropping by to chat.
