There is a lot of room to make a large impact. Decisions are made in a very mindful manner and processes aren't abundant, so there's a lot of flexibility to "do the right thing". I think it's refreshing that there's such a realistic approach in that it's expected we will all make mistakes here or there, but if we learn from them, that's what matters. Everyone is willing to lend a hand, all the teams collaborate and hang out together inside and outside of work, and we're all very passionate about making the best products on the market. There is a huge focus on creating the best experience and highest quality products possible, which means doing things right the first time.
