      Not really very much. Slick marketing I guess?

      Cons

      The FP&A team at this company are awful. The only thing worse than incompetence is pretentious loser and this org has both in bundles. Business is sinking and with the amateur hour organization and leadership you will see why very quickly. BEWARE!!!

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.
