      Very political, Sonos tries hard to be fair, but often fails. Sonos claims to want people to have a work/life balance, but then sets schedules/expectations that make this difficult or impossible.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.
